Cabernet Franc 2022

A lush, elegant Cabernet Franc with decadent aromatics of tapenade, red velvet chocolate cake, and vanilla icing, leading into vibrant flavors of cherry, black raspberry, and plum.

Crafted with careful barrel aging in French oak, this Walla Walla Valley bottling balances richness with polished structure and a long, fruit-driven finish—an expressive, modern take on Cabernet Franc that remains unmistakably varietal.

Red Blend (Bordeaux-style) 2021

A silky, Merlot-driven red blend with a strong core of red fruit—cherry in the lead—layered with dried herbs, hints of chocolate, and brioche.

Built with elegant structure and a spicy, pleasing finish, it was aged 20 months in a mix of French and American oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered, giving it a polished texture while preserving freshness and aromatic detail.

With 33% whole-cluster fermentation and 18 months in French oak (22% new), the palate stays fruit-driven but gains savory depth—black pepper, star anise, and firm oak tannins—evolving from youthful richness into a more nuanced Northern Rhône-inspired expression over the next few years.
